Guasti Clemente - Nizza Monferrato, Piemonte

Owned by brothers Andrea (winemaker) and Alessandro Guasti. Extraordinarily good people. Met them when holidaying in the area and loved their wines which are old fashioned, distinctive and good value. They focus on the Barbera D'Asti grape wheras most of the region is obsessed with Nebbiolo. The Guasti’s make Barbera in several iterations, including 2 single vineyard wines.
